Why work with Marshall ACM?
Our products and services are tried and tested in over a hundred UK organisations
Whilst working with large e-learning consultancies, many of us have experienced a situation where we felt there was pressure to 'sign-off' a project before it was fully implemented. We have a flexible development process which allows a client to pilot a course, and tailor it further if required.
We help you implement the programme when you are ready to launch
Marshall ACM have a proven methodology for helping clients make sure that all users can register on our programmes with ease and our clients can easily and quickly issue reminders to people who do not complete the courses in good time. Our process means that clients get excellent value for money from our programmes and this is why we have been commissioned to produce further courses by existing clients.
We have a flexible customisation process
We sit down with a client and listen to what they want to achieve and work with them to deliver a course that really suits their needs. We like to think of ourselves as having the flexible approach of in-house developers with the added advantage of having years of experience in project managing e-learning courses. What many organisations describe as consultancy we think of as simply offering good customer service.
Realistic, accessible pricing
Developing accessible, interactive e-learning will always require investment from an organisation. However, our style of delivery means that we can avoid running over budget. More than that, our price per user matrix is highly competitive. Pricing depends on the product, numbers of users and the number of features you require - so for an approximate quote please contact us.
We update our e-learning in line with changes to legislation
'Diversity in the Workplace' is our core diversity training tool; it is used extensively throughout the UK. One of our greatest tasks is ensuring that content is always up to date with legislation. Clearly, a recent change in law was age discrimination, but here we had updated our client sites more than a year ago, using case studies from countries where age discrimination already existed, for example, the Republic of Ireland. Two months ago we updated all sites on forthcoming UK legislation and clients have the reassurance of knowing that over the coming weeks we will continue to update all sites with developing case law. In addition, we run a quarterly update of media articles within our courses, which means course users have easy access to topical news stories that enhance the factual side of the content.
Our e-learning works on a basic IT infrastructure
Our courses do not require software to be downloaded and we can host the e-learning programmes for you. All your IT team would need to do is provide a link to the course from your intranet.
Our e-learning is accessible and DDA compliant
The Marshall ACM system has been designed with accessibility in mind, which enables our course content to be available to the largest possible number of readers, visitors or customers, regardless of disability or the type of access technology used. Organisations providing accessible information and services online are open to a wider range of users.
