Recognised authority in equality and diversity joins Marshall ACM

Marshall ACM, experts in managing workplace issues with e-learning, today announces the appointment of Mannie Kusemamuriwo, as the new Director of Equality and Diversity (E & D). Mannie is well-known for his work at the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE), the Higher Education Sector's Equality Challenge Unit (ECU) and Trinity Development Consultancy.

He will bring his 20 years of expertise to Marshall ACM, supporting public and private sector organisations' programmes and delivering equality and diversity to employees, academics and students. Marshall ACM is now offering a free consultancy visit to clients interested in equality impact assessments (EIA).

Throughout his career, Mannie's work has focused specifically on E & D policy and procedural requirements and its practical demands on different organisational cultures in both public and private sector institutions. In particular, he works at all levels of an institution to ensure good practice for stakeholders, based on the diverse needs of employees, service users and other
