Our bespoke equality and diversity classroom training and consultancy service can either support and complement our e-learning courses in a blended approach, or be arranged and delivered independently.

Classroom training

We offer a wide range of core equality and diversity workshops, which are always tailored to your specific requirements in terms of objectives, focus, and approach.

Consultancy

In addition to designing and delivering face-to-face training, our consultants can support clients with equality and diversity initiatives in a wide variety of other ways. For example, we can:

  • Develop toolkits or good practice guidance.
  • Work with your own staff on carrying out equality impact assessments, or help you devise a tailored impact assessment process and templates.

Survey service

Consultation is an important principle behind legal context and best practice on equality and diversity, and our survey service can quickly respond to clients' requirements in this area. We can:

  • Work with you to decide on the most appropriate ways of obtaining the information that you require from your survey.
  • Design survey questions and/or plan face-to-face consultation.
  • Produce and distribute a questionnaire, receive and analyse responses and produce reports using tried and tested software.
  • Facilitate focus groups and report back on findings.
  • Draft a final report with the results of the survey, and make recommendations for action if required.
