Set up in 2002 by David Marshall, formerly Head of Research at Penna Consulting, Marshall ACM has over one hundred public and private sector organisations using its online diversity training, making it an established leader in e-diversity training.
We provide a friendly and flexible service, focusing on quality, speed and innovation. Based in Southwark, in the heart of London we work all over the UK and increasingly internationally. We visit prospective and existing clients in person and recognise the key to our growth is demonstrating value over a sustained period of time.

Thank you for visiting the Marshall ACM website. 2006 was a year of great growth for us, with our client base continuing to expand rapidly and the regular updating of our work has become increasingly crucial. I am tremendously pleased with how the efforts of everyone here is creating a vibrant community of clients who share thoughts on how our modules should continue to be updated. 2007 will see us grow from being just an online diversity training consultancy to an e-learning provider of a growing range of courses which have stemmed from client demand. This year has also seen us getting involved in a number of social enterprise projects that will benefit charitable institutions, which we will provide more details on over the coming weeks. Despite this prolonged period of growth, which has seen us take on new staff, we endeavour to maintain an open and flexible approach without becoming process driven.
